Custom Machined Emissions System

Panek Precision machines a variety of components for diesel emission control systems, including:

  • UEGO and NOx boss sensors and manifolds
  • Temperature, soot and pressure sensors
  • Ignitor plates (up to 12 inches outside diameter)
  • Adaptors

Assembled on highly sensitive manifolds, catalytic converters and particulate filter systems, Panek’s machined emission control system components feature blind holes and blind threads with a corresponding sealing surface.  Panek Precision’s experience machining these components ensures that the final thread integrity, tolerance and surface requirements meet our customers’ specifications.

In addition, we offer GP-12 stations as well as other 100% sorting and packing services for components with highly critical dimensions or special handling.

All of our custom emission system components are produced from various stainless steel materials including:

  • 303, 304, 304L, 316 and 410 stainless steel bar stock
  • Round, rectangular and square
  • 409 and 304 stainless steel powdered metal
