Custom Machine Shop

Panek Precision, a custom machine shop, was established in 1945 by Chester Panek in a small facility in Chicago and has a record of consistent and steady growth. Under the leadership of our current President, Gregg Panek, we are still family-owned and operated. In April 2006 we moved into our 5th facility, a modern 106,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Northbrook, IL.

Our primary capabilities as a custom machine shop include CNC custom machining, multi-spindle screw machining, precision tube cutting, metal forming, 4-slide stamping and centerless grinding.

Our secondary capabilities include broaching, assembly, tapping, honing, lapping, milling and thread rolling.  Keeping these secondary operations in house allows Panek Precision the ability to provide our customers with faster turnaround times and optimal pricing.
