Machined High Pressure Fuel Rails

Our newest core competency is machined high pressure fuel rails for direct injection fuel systems, an emerging technology within the automotive industry.  Through Panek Precision’s proprietary precision tube cutting process, we are able to cut, face, chamfer, counter bore and scribe custom fuel rails all in one operation.  Not only does this cut the typical machining process 4 times, but this one-step process ensures high volume productivity, tight quality control and optimal costing to our high pressure fuel rail customers.  All of our rails are machined from seamless 304 and 2304 stainless steel tubing.

In addition, utilizing CNC machining centers Panek Precision drills the injector and boss sensor holes for the fuel rail all while guaranteeing a 100% burr free ID – a critical need for a sensitive direct fuel injection system.

With our tube cutters capable of cutting up to 3.5 inches in diameter and 20 inches in length, tubing components for custom fuel rails of any size and raw material type are within Panek Precision’s machining capabilities.
