Garage Door & Security Access System Components

Since 1973, Panek Precision has manufactured a wide range of machined garage door parts and components, as well as security access system components for its customers. This includes CNC turning components, small diameter screw machine components, machined powdered metal components and large diameter gearing components milled on our CNC vertical machining centers. Our ACME-Gridley screw machines, with up to 4-inch diameter capacity, machine the larger components required for these systems.

Our garage door parts provide the main motor driving and guiding functions for garage door systems. With a 100% safety and reliability essential, Panek Precision has implemented in-process quality controls to meet these requirements, including statistical process control and poke yoke processes.
